Congratulations to the O.H. Anderson Elementary School fifth-grade Thinking Cap Quiz Bowl teams on securing 4th and 18th place out of 55 fifth-grade teams in the National Thinking Cap competition!
Thinking Cap is an online academic competition that challenges students to work together to answer 100 questions about general knowledge and current events in a fast-paced environment. OHA's two teams of eight students practiced together in the fall and then competed against fifth-grade teams nationwide. The OHA Thinking Cap team is supported by the Advanced Academics (Gifted and Talented) program.
